How I Lost Over 50 Pounds With My 3 Powerhouse Foods!









Burning your belly and body fat is very easy if you know how … you don’t need countless of hours of exercise per week … read on, you’ll love it … I’ll show you how I did it!



When it comes to weight loss, diets, fitness and nutrition, you have to remember that it will not be an easy journey, especially at the beginning, but it will be very well worth your time, for your body’s fitness and overall long term health. The following are my very simple 3 rules that I always go by, as these rules helped me lose over 50 lbs., quite a while ago, and have not ever regained any of it to this day!

Eat the proper foods …

In order to succeed you must eat a variety of highly nutritious whole foods, whether organic or not, such as fish that is not farm raised, grass fed meats like steaks and burgers, which by the way is just like eating fish, since grass contains huge amounts of Omega-3 fats, that are so beneficial to your heart and overall health, organically grown pasture raised chickens and their eggs, preferably Omega-3 enriched eggs, which do not have to be organic, and plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Watch your portion size …

You must also carefully watch your portion size, since even the above healthy foods will put on weight for you, if the amount you eat at any one sitting is huge. The body can only handle a certain amount of food at any one time, and anything over that amount will be stored as fat automatically, just like eating a piece of cake.

A small portion would be considered one half of a sandwich every couple of hours, or, using my rule of 5, would be 5 forkfuls of pasta and bread, or 5 tablespoons of chilli and bread, or rice, etc., at any one sitting. Vegetables, though they’re extremely good for you, it doesn’t give you the right to eat a mountain of them on your plate at one sitting.

And as it is always best to stay away from junk foods, you can indulge once in a while, as long as your portions are very small. Junk food won’t make you fat if you eat a few bites at a time, but it will be detrimental to your overall health over the long run.

Exercise a bit …

Now, finally and most importantly, you must move around, like fast walking for a good half an hour 5 days per week, which happens to be the easiest and best exercise for overall weight loss, especially if you do not like exercising.

The more you move, the faster you will burn your body fat. If you remember one thing, then just remember this, oxygen is the number one fat burner, and the more you move, the more oxygen enters your body, the more body fat you will burn. Plain and simple!

I limit myself to 3 exercise routines I love most, and you should too, which are working out for me and it will for you too, because the more types of exercise you try to incorporate into your daily or 3 times per week routine, the less likely you are going to do them all, and eventually you will give up on all of them.

My 3 favorite exercises for overall body toning and weight loss:

You don’t really have to exercise in order to lose weight, but exercising does bring gigantic benefits to your body and overall health. The more you move, the healthier you will become. Your body is just like a car engine – use it and it’ll be fine, don’t use it and it will rust. You don’t move around enough to make a difference, everything in your body will stagnate, diabetes, cancer and heart disease take over, and soon you’re gone. And all you need do to stop disease from taking over, is just a half hour of fast walking.

1) Power Walkinghalf an hour or more per day, 5 days a week. Half an hour real fast walk is more than enough.

2) Toe Raisesstanding in place, raise your entire self on your toes, as high up as you can, as fast as you can, for 1 minute each day or 5 days per week. This will very much improve your peripheral and overall body circulation.

Peripheral circulation is very important, especially if you sit behind a desk all day, and more so when you get older, as the tiny veins in your extremities, tend to narrow with age, especially if you suffer from diabetes.

Do not forget, another benefit is stronger calf muscles, and do not get scared after 1 minute of doing it, if you cannot feel your calves; they will feel very heavy, and you will feel strange standing and moving, but this goes away in about 5 minutes, or so.

3) The Ski WalkMake believe you are moving forward with your skies on, and of course, each time you move, you have to raise your hand and move the stick forward, one hand for each step, in order to advance.

So, stand straight up, your feet about 6 to 8 inches apart, lower your body forward, at about 45 degree angle, straighten your lower back, legs straight as a board, and start swinging forwards and backwards, one arm at a time, as high forward as you can, like above your head, and as high up backwards as you can, with an 8 to 10 lb. dumbbell in each hand.

Do this while standing firmly in place, for about 30 to 50 times, or until you get tired. Of course, tighten your abdominal muscles, as you do this, as it will be easier for you to swing, either way the 6 pack does get a good workout here and your entire body gets a full strength workout as well. The perfect body toning exercise. A pleasant and simple one, too.

Bottom line, these three overly simplistic exercises, together with eating real foods and watching portion size, is all you will ever need to lose your belly and body fat and keep your weight off forever. Trust me, I did it. I’ve been involved with weight loss for over 3 decades!
